LightStart’s working relationship with Round Creative is an excellent example of some of the different, flexible ways we use our analysis skills to support other businesses – larger and smaller than ourselves.

Round are a small 10 or so person Leeds agency, with a focus and specialism on creative and marketing. On several previous occasions, Round have engaged LightStart to provide support for their projects – not as a ‘white label’ offering, but fully introduced as a partner.

We provided support for probably their largest client Surfachem – who had previously attended one of our events. Their requirement was extremely structurally complicated, but more importantly they were struggling to get the business to agree on the features for their new platform. We ran a half day workshop, drove the requirements, produced a feature only specification (without wireframes or creative), and handed them back to Round.

At the other end of the spectrum, Round recently engaged us to drive a real back to basic, vision and values workshop with their client Virtuoso Legal. Their project is essentially a marketing focused, creative website rebuild – we ran a half day workshop to capture their true business goals for the next 3-5 years, and unpack these into logical marketing campaign topic and website structures.
